Some layouts from the weekend.....

This was our cigar box that we did with the lovely Jilly. There is a mini book to go inside but I didn't finish that part so I will have to go back and work on it but it wasn't done in class either it was an extra....



This was our challenge pack yep very bright Deb but I must say that my Luna Park photo worked a treat on this one....



Sketch challenge and the owl was a little tag bonus that came in our little welcome kits but it went so well with my page that I couldn't help but use it on my layout...



Katie and her Aunty Annie ummmm...wonder what colour I should do this page what is that girls "Any colour as long as it is pink!" well your wish is my command....



I really love this page and it is a little outside my box which sounds so funny when I type that but I sort of never have had a go at this sort of layout before but just kept on chopping up papers and this was the end outcome. Must say that I do love it...



Well that is all from me at the moment and I won't be back for a few more days as I am going on a girlie road trip with Aunty Tara and it should be lots of fun...oh yep forgot to mention that we are going because we are taking Sarah to her netball which just happens to be in Sydney ohhhh my goodness not more scrapbooking purchases LOL!!! well until next time lots of hugs and kisses and I just want to do a quick shout out to our little Deb who put on such a fun weekend it was awesome and I am so thrilled to call you such a dear friend....Sign me up for the next one:)

What a weekend....

oh my goodness what a weekend filled with heaps of laughter and lots of scrappin'
We were lucky enough to have Ngaire Bartlam and Jill Geraghty-Groves come and teach us a few lessons at the lake keepit weekend and oh what fun.....

As you can see here is the lovely Ngaire showing us what we were going to make in 2 hours which realistic should take someone four hours though I was pretty happy with myself I came home with all of my projects complete except for a mini book out of Jillys class.



About two years ago the girls and I headed off to Bris-vegas to do the scrapbooking weekend in June and we have the same photo just us all looking a little younger I suppose but it is always great to catch up with old friends....



This was our first class that we did with the Miss devine Ngaire which I love the out come of this page and I must say that my photo really did do this layout just a bit of justice....
ps everyone loved the beading in this class:)



A Jilly class...Again what can I say just beautiful I love Jillys work and always stalk her when it comes to Tarisota as she has such a beautiful classic look and I just love love love it....



The class that was only suppose to take two hours ha!ha!ha!

Ready set scrap no not really

so we have just finished having alot of parties and things. First we went to Newcastle and had a wonderful holiday as a family loved it totally...then we came back home for a week and worked then we were back off to Sydney to my sisters wedding and I was asked to do their wedding photos oh my gosh....stress...I had never done this before so was very nervous...then came home to get really ill which has basically left me not being able to do much so my house looks like a hurricane has hit is as I have scrapbooking papers everywhere thinking that I could dabble in it a bit so that is what I have been up to so I hope you enjoy my latest creations...

OK The baby has turned 11 today

Ok so the baby has turned 11 today we don't know where the time has gone. It seems as a parent that you blink and time just flies. I wonder if time will ever stand still just so we can breathe and enjoy the special times we have together. Enjoy your day Johno.....



John has a wonderful teacher who has a problem with cutting cake - its a little messy so I got out the donut machine and came up with this little number and it went down a treat.....



John had a birthday party out at lake keepit on the weekend and had a wonderful time with his mates and enjoyed spending the night camping with his Dad.



Our own little Rex Hunt. John has always since the age of being able to go fishing with his dad has kissed every baby fish that they could not save before throwing them back in the drink. When he was younger he used to come looking for me after he went fishing just to kiss me with his fishy lips....



I truly love this page as this is the first time John and Katie meet their cousins in Syndey. It was a perfect day and a great opportunity to take a few photos. I have actually been quite busy with the photos as I was asked to take the wedding photos for my sisters second wedding.
